Bassett Livestock Auction

We sold 5,000 head on Wednesday to a large crowd of buyers. The market on all classes of cattle was steady to higher as the quality and condition was excellent. Next week’s lineup will be equal, with some outstanding strings of fall calves and yearlings.Our first spring calf auction will be Oct. 20, with 2500-3000 head expected. Our last big run of yearlings for the season will be Oct 27 and the first offering of bred cows and fall pairs on Saturday, Oct. 30.
