We sold 3250 head of cattle on Wednesday to a market that was $1-2 higher on the steers and $2-4 on the heifers. The first test of the spring calf market was very successful, with the quality oustanding. The slaughter cattle market was steady with two weeks ago but we didn't see many good cows this week.
