We had a huge run of slaughter cattle here on our special Monday sale. The market was $2-3 higher on the majority of the cows, with not many under the $30 level. The top cows sold at $36-38, the next cut at $31-35 and the bulls from $36-44.50, depending on flesh. The short term bred cows sold from $360-440, with all of the cows starting to calve the middle of April..
